Your home for the week is Stadsurfing, a sanctuary cradled between towering cliffs and the endless Atlantic. Here, simplicity meets comfort. Cozy shared rooms, breathtaking views, and a space designed for both deep rest and wild expression.

Breathwork

Your breath is your most powerful tool—an untapped gateway to resilience, presence, and transformation. Through guided breathwork, you'll learn to harness its power, unlocking states of deep calm, heightened awareness, and raw energy.

Breathwork isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about expansion. It’s about breaking through internal walls, dissolving fear, and connecting with the deepest parts of yourself.

Cold Exposure & Suanas

Step into the cold. Not to endure, but to awaken. Cold exposure isn’t about suffering—it’s about surrender. The ice strips away everything that isn’t real, leaving only raw presence and unshakable clarity.

Then, the heat. The sauna is where we soften, release, and restore. Fire and ice, stress and surrender—the perfect balance to recalibrate your nervous system, strengthen your mind, and rewire how you respond to challenge.

Fighting Monkey & Daily Movement

Movement isn’t a routine—it’s an expression. A conversation between your mind and body. Fighting Monkey practice blends elements of play, unpredictability, and deep functional movement to build adaptability, fluidity, and strength.

Through dance, primal movement, and playful exploration, you'll reconnect with the innate intelligence of your body—breaking free from rigidity and stepping into flow.

Sanjay

Sanjay once dismissed breathwork—until a single moment changed everything. Though raised in The Netherlands, his father urged him to explore his Indian roots, a journey he resisted for over 20 years. When he finally embraced breathwork, it unlocked a profound connection to his past, his culture, and himself. A former strength and conditioning coach at the legendary Westside Barbell, Sanjay trained elite athletes and witnessed firsthand the power of the mind in overcoming fear and pressure. Seeking deeper answers, he traveled the world, studying under the best and committing only to teaching what he has lived. Today, he leads workshops globally, blending breath, movement, and mindset to help others unlock their full potential. To him, nature is not an alternative—it is the medicine.

Jacob

Growing up in Nova Scotia, Canada, Jacob was shaped by the raw beauty of nature but spent years lost in societal expectations, numbing his truth with distractions. Beneath the surface, anger and unresolved pain fueled a cycle of self-destruction—until he hit rock bottom. That breaking point became his turning point, leading him to breathwork, movement, and deep self-reflection. Through this journey, he found clarity, purpose, and the power to live authentically. Now, as a Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Wim Hof Method Instructor, Oxygen Advantage Coach, and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, he helps others strip away the noise, master stress, and reclaim their lives. His mission is simple: guide others toward freedom, resilience, and a life of deep fulfillment.

Berny

Bernhard began his journey in communication management and built a successful creative studio, but something was missing—true meaning. In 2016, he discovered the Wim Hof Method, a turning point that led him to explore the deep connection between breath, mind, and body. By 2019, he became a certified instructor, later expanding his expertise with Oxygen Advantage. The sudden loss of his father had left an unresolved wound, but through breathwork, he found healing, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose. Now, he helps others unlock their inner resilience, using breath as a tool for transformation. His father’s mantra—"I can do this, I want this, I will achieve this"—guides his mission to empower others. Currently, he is training to become a Heilpraktiker, deepening his knowledge of holistic health.

Jess

As the founder of Studio Je T’aime, my passion for photography and art is at the heart of everything I do. Through the lens, I capture raw emotion, fleeting moments of transformation, and the beauty of human connection—especially in spaces where people are stepping into their power. Co-hosting these experiences is an honour because I get to witness and document the profound shifts our guests go through—embracing breath, consciousness, and the cold with courage. My background in energy healing—as a Reiki practitioner, Shamanic cacao facilitator, and life coach—allows me to hold space during powerful breathing sessions, guide mindfulness meditations, and facilitate conscious discussions. Whether I’m behind the camera or in the circle, my mission is the same: to capture and support the magic of transformation.

Hoddevik, Norway, is remote, raw, and worth every mile of the journey. Here’s how to get there:

Step 1: Fly to Norway

  • The nearest major airport is Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL) if coming from outside Norway.

  • From Oslo, you can take a connecting flight to Ålesund Airport (AES) or Sandane Airport (SDN)—both are closer to Hoddevik.

Step 2: Travel from the Airport to Hoddevik

  • From Ålesund (AES): Take a rental car or bus to Hoddevik (approx. 4-hour drive).

  • From Sandane (SDN): Take a rental car or bus (approx. 3-hour drive).

Optional: Airport pickup from Ålesund

  • For an additional €200 we can arrange pick up and drop off.

Hoddevik is off the beaten path, but that’s the point. The journey itself is part of the transformation. By the time you arrive, you’ll already feel the shift.

  • Travel insurance is absolutely recommended by Sacred Flow Retreats. This protects you if unforseen travel disruptions occur. Opting out of travel insurance is done at your own risk and Sacred Flow Retreats will not be responsible for any travel related issues that may arise.

Safety Disclaimer:

By attending Sacred Flow Retreats you are agreeing to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. You will be asked to take part in activities that include, but are not limited to, breathwork, yoga, running, and hiking. These types of activities take a certain degree of physical fitness. You are permitted to sit out of any activity that you wish, however this would take away from your overall experience.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

By registering your attendance for the retreat, you agree to make all payments and understand you have submitted a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

Refunds will be processed until July 15th, 2025. This does not included the non-refundable deposit (675€). After July 15th, 2025, there will be no refunds processed.

The Company reserves the right to postpone the retreat to future date in the case of events out of the company’s control which inhibit the retreat from running as planned. These events include but are not limited to government imposed restrictions and severe weather events. No refunds will be granted in this case, however a credit will be issued.

All credit card payments will be subject to a 3.5% non-refundable processing fee.
